1. Acceptance

By using TremorGauge, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own.

3. Subscriptions

• Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before period end.
• Charged via Apple ID at confirmation and at each renewal.
• Manage and cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Free trial converts to paid if not cancelled.

4. Disclaimer

TremorGauge is provided "AS IS". Results are estimates and should not be used for professional, regulatory, or safety decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use.
