These terms apply to your use of TremorGauge, an iOS app for local vibration measurement, trend review, threshold alerts, and CSV export.

TremorGauge uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for App Store apps unless a separate agreement is required by Apple. Review it here: Apple Standard EULA.

• Premium features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Prices, billing period, and trial availability are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

TremorGauge is an informational measurement and logging tool. It is not a certified industrial, medical, seismic, or safety instrument. Do not rely on it for emergency, safety-critical, medical, legal, or regulated decisions.

You agree not to misuse the app, bypass App Store purchases, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use the app in violation of applicable laws.
