These terms apply to SubTidy / 订阅管家, developed by Jie Xiang.

1. EULA

SubTidy uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. You can review it at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

2. Service scope

SubTidy helps you manually track subscriptions, renewal dates, cancellation lead times, price history, reminders, and exports. The app does not cancel third-party subscriptions automatically and does not guarantee that a provider will accept a cancellation request.

3. Auto-renewable subscription

SubTidy Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription through the Apple App Store. Pricing and availability are shown in the app using App Store information for your region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of subscription records you enter and for taking any cancellation or account-management action with the relevant provider.
