1. Acceptance

By downloading or using NoiseGauge ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features:

• Subscription is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Disclaimer

NoiseGauge is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The sound level meter provides estimates only. It is not a substitute for a professional Type 1 or Type 2 sound level meter and should not be used for regulatory, occupational safety, or medical decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to device damage.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
