传承管家 MyLegacy
传承管家是家庭资料整理工具，不替代遗嘱、法律文件或专业意见。请定期核对资料，并妥善保管主动导出的文件。

1. 接受条款
下载或使用传承管家（MyLegacy），即表示您同意本条款以及 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）。如本条款与适用法律或 Apple EULA 冲突，以适用法律和 Apple EULA 为准。
2. 服务内容
传承管家帮助您整理重要记录、可信联系人、本人信息、复核状态和家庭交接 PDF。免费版最多保存 10 条记录；高级版可解锁 App 内显示的附加功能。
3. 您的责任
- 确保录入内容准确、合法，并定期复核。
- 不要把传承管家视为密码管理器；建议记录访问提示和文件位置，而非真实密码、验证码或私钥。
- 对导出的 PDF、JSON 备份和分享对象负责。导出文件可能包含敏感信息，且不再受 App 容器保护。
- 在清除数据、删除 App 或更换设备前，自行创建并验证所需备份。
4. 订阅与付款
订阅价格、币种、周期和试用信息（如有）以购买确认页显示为准。付款由 Apple ID 账户处理。订阅会自动续订，除非您在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。您可以在 App Store 账户设置中管理或取消订阅，并可在 App 内使用“恢复购买”。
5. 本地数据与可用性
核心资料保存在设备本地。App 提供本地滚动备份和主动导入导出能力，但任何软件、设备或存储介质都无法保证绝对安全或永不丢失。您应保留适合自身需要的独立备份，并确认家人在需要时具备合法、实际的访问条件。
6. 非专业意见
传承管家仅用于资料整理，不创建遗嘱、信托、授权书或其他法律文件，也不提供法律、财务、税务、医疗或安全建议。重要安排请咨询有资质的专业人士。
7. 禁止行为
您不得逆向破坏 App、绕过购买机制、利用 App 侵犯他人权利，或录入、导出、传播违法内容。
8. 变更与终止
我们可能为安全、兼容性、审核或产品改进更新 App 和条款。重大变更会更新本页生效日期。在法律允许的范围内，我们可停止提供未来版本，但这不会替代您自行备份本地资料的责任。

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using MyLegacy, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If these terms conflict with applicable law or the Apple EULA, applicable law and the Apple EULA control.
2. Service
MyLegacy helps you organize important records, trusted contacts, owner information, review status, and a family handoff PDF. The free plan stores up to 10 records. Premium unlocks the additional features shown in the app.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep information accurate, lawful, and regularly reviewed.
- Do not treat MyLegacy as a password manager. Record access hints and document locations rather than actual passwords, verification codes, or private keys.
- Protect exported PDFs and JSON backups and choose recipients carefully. Exports may contain sensitive information and are no longer protected by the app container.
- Create and verify any backup you need before erasing data, removing the app, or changing devices.
4. Subscriptions and billing
The price, currency, billing period, and any trial shown on the Apple purchase confirmation screen are authoritative. Apple bills your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel in App Store account settings and use Restore Purchase in the app.
5. Local data and availability
Core information is stored locally. MyLegacy provides a local rolling backup and user-initiated import and export, but no software, device, or storage medium can guarantee absolute security or permanent availability. Keep independent backups appropriate to your needs and confirm that intended family members have lawful and practical access when needed.
6. No professional advice
MyLegacy is an organization tool. It does not create a will, trust, power of attorney, or other legal instrument and does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or security advice. Consult a qualified professional for important arrangements.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not disrupt or reverse-engineer the app, bypass purchase controls, use it to violate another person's rights, or enter, export, or distribute unlawful content.
8. Changes and discontinuation
We may update the app and these terms for security, compatibility, review, or product improvements. Material changes update the effective date on this page. To the extent permitted by law, future versions may be discontinued, but you remain responsible for backing up local information.
