传承管家 MyLegacy
传承管家不会把您的记录、联系人或本人信息上传到开发者服务器。资料保存在设备的 App 容器内；只有您主动导出或分享时，数据才会离开该容器。

1. 适用范围
本政策适用于独立开发者 Jie Xiang 提供的传承管家（MyLegacy）iOS App。该 App 用于整理重要记录、可信联系人、本人信息和家庭交接清单。
2. App 内资料
您输入的记录、联系人和本人信息保存在设备本地的 App 容器中。App 使用 iOS 完整文件保护写入主资料库，并在本地保留可验证的滚动备份。App 不为这些资料运营云端同步服务器，也不会自动上传这些资料。
根据您的 Apple 设备备份设置，App 数据可能由 Apple 纳入设备备份或 iCloud 备份；该过程由 Apple 和您的系统设置控制，并非传承管家自行上传。
3. 主动导出与分享
您可以主动生成家庭交接 PDF，或导出完整 JSON 备份。生成后，系统分享面板会让您选择保存或分享位置。导出的文件可能包含敏感资料，并且不再受 App 容器的文件保护；请仅保存到可信位置并妥善保管。App 不会在后台自动分享这些文件。
4. 系统认证与提醒
启用 App 锁时，传承管家只会请求 iOS 完成设备所有者认证。Face ID、Touch ID 或设备密码由系统处理；App 和开发者都无法读取您的生物特征模板。
如果您启用更新提醒，App 会在设备本地安排通知，不使用开发者的远程推送服务器。
5. 订阅、分析与追踪
订阅购买和付款由 Apple App Store 处理。App 仅通过 StoreKit 检查订阅是否有效，不接收您的银行卡信息。传承管家不包含第三方广告、跨 App 追踪或第三方分析 SDK。
6. 权限与第三方服务
App 不会读取系统通讯录、照片或位置。联系人内容由您手动输入。除 Apple 提供的 App Store、StoreKit、设备认证和系统分享能力外，核心资料不会发送给第三方服务。
7. 保留、删除与恢复
资料会保留在设备上，直到您在 App 内清除数据或删除 App。您主动保存到其他位置的 PDF、JSON 备份及 Apple 设备备份需要由您在相应位置另行删除。导入备份前，App 会验证文件格式和数据边界。

1. Scope
This policy applies to the MyLegacy iOS app provided by independent developer Jie Xiang. MyLegacy helps you organize important records, trusted contacts, owner information, and a family handoff checklist.
2. Information stored in the app
Records, contacts, and owner information that you enter are stored locally inside the app container. MyLegacy writes its primary vault using iOS complete file protection and keeps a verified rolling backup on the device. MyLegacy does not operate a cloud synchronization server for this information and does not automatically upload it.
Depending on your Apple device backup settings, Apple may include app data in a device or iCloud backup. That process is controlled by Apple and your system settings, not by a MyLegacy upload service.
3. Exports and sharing
You can choose to generate a family handoff PDF or export a complete JSON backup. The system share sheet then lets you select a destination. Exported files may contain sensitive information and are no longer protected by the app container, so store them only in locations you trust. MyLegacy does not share these files automatically.
4. Device authentication and reminders
When App Lock is enabled, MyLegacy asks iOS to perform device-owner authentication. Face ID, Touch ID, and device passcode data are handled by the operating system; neither the app nor the developer can access biometric templates.
If you enable an update reminder, MyLegacy schedules it locally on your device and does not use a developer-operated remote push server.
5. Subscriptions, analytics, and tracking
Apple processes App Store subscriptions and payments. MyLegacy uses StoreKit only to check entitlement status and does not receive your card details. The app contains no third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDK.
6. Permissions and third parties
MyLegacy does not read your system contacts, photos, or location. Contact details are entered manually. Core app information is not sent to third-party services apart from Apple-provided App Store, StoreKit, device authentication, backup, and system sharing functions that you control.
7. Retention and deletion
Information remains on the device until you erase it in the app or remove the app. PDFs, JSON backups, and Apple device backups saved elsewhere must be deleted separately by you. MyLegacy validates backup format and data boundaries before import.
