1. Acceptance and License

By using LumenLab, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's rules.

2. Subscriptions

• Weekly and yearly LumenLab Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID subscription settings.
• Current prices are shown by the App Store before purchase.

3. Measurement Disclaimer

LumenLab estimates illuminance from camera exposure values. Results can vary by device, surface reflectance, angle, calibration, and lighting conditions. The app is not a calibrated photometer and must not be used for regulatory, laboratory, medical, or safety decisions.

4. Availability

The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Features may change where reasonably necessary to improve reliability, comply with law, or meet App Store requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or reliance on an estimated reading.
