RepSheet 隐私政策 (Privacy Policy)

1. 本地数据与备份 (Local Data and Backups)

RepSheet 的训练记录、训练模板和偏好设置默认保存在您的设备本地。应用不会自动将这些数据上传到开发者服务器。

Workouts, templates, and preferences are stored locally on your device by default. RepSheet does not automatically upload this data to the developer's servers.

只有在您主动选择“导出完整备份”时，应用才会创建 JSON 备份文件；文件由您通过系统分享面板选择保存位置或接收方。

A JSON backup is created only when you choose Export Full Backup. You decide where it is saved or shared through the system share sheet.

2. AI 功能与第三方数据共享 (AI Features & Third-Party Data Sharing)

AI 训练建议是可选功能，只有在您明确同意并主动请求建议后才会发送数据。请求最多包含最近 8 次训练的日期、时长、动作名称、组数、次数和重量，不包含姓名、邮箱、账号、精确位置或设备标识。

AI training advice is optional. Data is sent only after you explicitly consent and request advice. A request may include up to eight recent workout dates, durations, movement names, sets, reps, and loads. It does not include your name, email, account, precise location, or device identifier.

开发者不会有意保存 AI 提示内容或生成结果；网络和模型服务商可能按照各自政策处理 IP 地址、请求时间等必要技术信息。
Developer systems do not intentionally retain AI prompt content or generated responses. Network and model providers may process necessary technical metadata, such as IP address and request time, under their own policies.
AI 建议仅供训练记录参考，不构成医疗诊断、治疗建议或专业教练意见。
AI advice is for workout logging reference and is not medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or professional coaching.

3. 分析、广告与跟踪 (Analytics, Ads, and Tracking)

RepSheet 不包含第三方广告 SDK、行为分析 SDK 或跨应用跟踪。我们不会出售您的数据，也不会使用训练记录建立广告画像。

RepSheet contains no third-party advertising SDK, behavioral analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell your data or use workout records to build advertising profiles.

4. 您的控制权 (Your Controls)

您可以在应用内导出备份、导入并合并备份，或删除全部本地训练数据。您也可以在“AI 路由与自定义 Key”中关闭 AI 数据授权；关闭后，下次请求前会再次征求同意。删除应用会移除应用容器内的本地数据。

You can export a backup, import and merge a backup, or delete all local workout data in the app. You can also turn off AI data authorization under AI Route & Custom Key; RepSheet will ask again before a future request. Deleting the app removes data stored in its app container.

5. 订阅服务 (Subscriptions)

RepSheet Pro 订阅由 Apple 处理。开发者不会获取您的银行卡或完整支付信息。您可以在 Apple 账号的订阅设置中管理或取消订阅。

RepSheet Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple. The developer does not receive your card or complete payment details. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.

6. 儿童隐私 (Children's Privacy)

RepSheet 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童个人信息。

RepSheet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
