服务条款Terms of Use
食品安全提示：应用用于整理库存和提醒日期，不提供食品安全保证。是否食用、冷冻或丢弃应以包装说明、实际状态和当地食品安全建议为准。
1. 接受条款
下载、安装或使用 FreshBox - Expiry Tracker（应用内中文名称为“保鲜助手”），表示您同意本条款以及 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议。如本条款与 Apple Standard End User License Agreement 冲突，以 Apple 条款为准。
2. 服务范围
应用提供食材库存、到期日期、本地提醒、小票文字识别、处理记录、计划建议和 CSV 导出。免费版最多保存 15 项有效库存；Premium 提供无限库存、快捷模板和小票识别等应用内标明的功能。
3. 食品安全与日期
默认保鲜期、到期排序、冷冻提醒和处理建议是组织信息的辅助工具，不是医学、营养或食品安全专业意见，也不是 food-safety guarantee。日期可能来自模板、识别结果或您的输入，您应在保存前核对。
- 请优先遵循食品包装、生产商说明和当地监管机构建议。
- 对已过期、包装破损、气味或外观异常的食材，请自行作出安全判断；应用不会建议继续食用已过期食材。
- 应用无法判断实际储存温度、冷链中断、开封状态或污染风险。
4. 自动续订订阅
FreshBox Premium 是 auto-renewable monthly subscription。实际价格以 App Store 购买确认页显示的价格为准，不在本条款中固定金额。
- 确认购买后，费用由您的 Apple ID 账户收取。
- 除非您在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 hours 取消，否则订阅会自动续订。
- 续订费用会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内由 Apple 收取。
- 您可在“设置 > Apple 账户 > 订阅”中管理或取消，也可在应用内恢复购买。
- 退款与账单争议由 Apple 按 App Store 政策处理。
5. 本地数据与可用性
应用不提供开发者账号或云端库存服务。您负责维护设备、系统备份和导出的 CSV 文件。我们会努力保持应用稳定，但不保证服务始终无中断、无错误或适用于所有设备状态。
6. 合理使用与知识产权
您不得反向利用应用进行违法、欺诈或侵害他人权利的活动。应用代码、界面与原创内容受适用的知识产权法律保护；您保留自己录入和导出数据的权利。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，开发者不对因错误日期、未送达的本地通知、设备故障、数据丢失或用户食品处理决定造成的间接损失负责。本条不排除法律不能排除的消费者权利。
8. 变更与联系
重要条款更新会发布在本页面并更新生效日期。问题请发送邮件至 475740640@qq.com。

Food safety
FreshBox organizes user-entered or recognized dates. Its shelf-life defaults, reminders, and rescue suggestions are not professional advice or a food-safety guarantee. Check packaging, actual food condition, storage history, and local safety guidance before consuming, freezing, or discarding food.
Subscription
FreshBox Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription. The price shown in the App Store purchase sheet applies. Apple charges your account at confirmation and within 24 hours before renewal. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically. Manage or cancel it in your Apple account; Apple handles refunds under App Store policy.
Local data and availability
The app does not provide a developer account or cloud inventory service. You are responsible for your device, backups, exported files, and food-handling choices. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect losses caused by inaccurate dates, missed local notifications, device failure, data loss, or food decisions.
