FasTick Privacy Policy

Overview

FasTick is an intermittent fasting timer and history log. The app is designed for personal tracking and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Data Stored On Your Device

FasTick stores fasting sessions, the active timer state, selected plan, safety acknowledgement, demo setting, and subscription entitlement state in Apple UserDefaults on your device.

Exports

If you choose to export data, FasTick creates a CSV file locally and opens the iOS share sheet. You decide where to send or save that file.

Subscriptions

FasTick uses Apple StoreKit for subscriptions. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID.

Analytics and Tracking

FasTick does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Health Safety

Fasting is not appropriate for everyone. If you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of eating disorders, diabetes, low blood sugar, take medication, or are under medical treatment, consult a clinician before fasting.
