Need help with DroneLull, fan presets, Scene Plan, low-pass cutoff, mixer layers, sleep timer, background playback, or Restore Purchases? Send your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when the issue happened.
- Keep volume low enough to hear important room sounds.
- Use the Scene Plan to choose masking strength, cutoff, timer, and a stop point before listening.
- DroneLull is ambience, not medical treatment or infant care.
- Restore Purchases is available from the premium screen.
