DeepWave Terms of Use
DeepWave provides binaural beat and ambient audio tools for personal listening. DeepWave is not medical treatment, therapy, hearing protection, sleep treatment, or a substitute for professional advice.
Use low volume. Do not use DeepWave while driving, operating equipment, or in any situation where audio distraction could be unsafe. Use care with children, seizure history, hearing sensitivity, or discomfort.
DeepWave may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for preset access, custom frequency controls, sleep timer, and background playback. Purchases are charged to your Apple ID, renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in Apple ID subscription settings.
