Need help with DeepWave, binaural presets, custom frequency controls, Session Plan, sleep timer, background playback, or Restore Purchases? Send your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when the issue happened.
- Keep volume low, especially when using headphones.
- Use the Session Plan to choose a duration and stop point before listening.
- DeepWave is ambience, not medical treatment or sleep treatment.
- Restore Purchases is available from the premium screen.
