1. 接受条款 / Acceptance
下载、购买或使用 DayPrice 即表示您同意本条款及 Apple 的 标准最终用户许可协议（Standard EULA）。如两者存在冲突，以 Apple 标准 EULA 为准，除非 App Store Connect 中另行提供有效的自定义 EULA。
By downloading, purchasing, or using DayPrice, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If they conflict, Apple's Standard EULA controls unless a valid custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect.
2. 服务内容 / Service
DayPrice 帮助您在本机建立月度预算、记录消费、预留待付账单并查看预算节奏。计算结果取决于您输入的数据、设备时间和系统设置，您应自行核对重要金额。
DayPrice helps you create a monthly plan, log expenses, reserve upcoming bills, and review spending pace on your device. Results depend on your entries, device time, and system settings; verify important amounts independently.
3. 免费功能与 Pro 订阅 / Free features and Pro subscription
基础记账与历史记录可免费使用。部分计划、分类、预测、导出或不限数量功能需要 DayPrice Pro 自动续期订阅。实际价格、币种、周期和可用优惠以购买页面显示的 App Store 信息为准。
- 确认购买后，费用由 Apple 从您的 Apple Account 收取。
- 订阅会自动续期，除非您在当前周期结束至少 24 小时前取消。
- Apple 会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内按所示价格收取续期费用。
- 您可在 iPhone“设置”中的 Apple Account 订阅页面管理或取消订阅。
- 恢复购买会通过 StoreKit 核对当前 Apple Account 的有效权益。
- 退款与计费争议由 Apple 按 App Store 政策处理。
Core logging and history are free. Some planning, category, forecast, export, or unlimited features require an auto-renewable DayPrice Pro subscription. Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and Apple may charge within 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Apple handles refunds and billing disputes.
4. 许可与合理使用 / License and acceptable use
在您遵守本条款和 Apple 标准 EULA 的前提下，我们授予您个人、有限、不可转让的 DayPrice 使用许可。您不得：
- 绕过订阅验证、破坏 App 安全或干扰 StoreKit；
- 在法律禁止的情况下反编译、重新分发或将 App 用于违法活动；
- 冒用开发者身份，或虚假陈述 DayPrice 的来源和能力。
You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license subject to these terms and Apple's Standard EULA. Do not bypass entitlement checks, interfere with app security or StoreKit, unlawfully reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or misrepresent its source or capabilities.
5. 本地数据与备份 / Local data and backups
预算数据主要保存在您的设备上。您负责保护设备、核对记录，并在需要时导出备份。删除全部数据、删除 App、设备损坏或丢失可能导致数据无法恢复。导出文件离开 DayPrice 后，其保存和分享安全由您负责。
Budget data is stored primarily on your device. You are responsible for protecting the device, checking entries, and exporting backups when needed. Deleted data may not be recoverable. You are responsible for exported files after they leave DayPrice.
6. 免责声明 / Disclaimer
DayPrice 按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不保证计算、预测、Widget、导出或第三方服务始终无误或不中断。请勿仅依赖 DayPrice 作出影响财务、税务、法律或投资权益的决定。
DayPrice is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that calculations, forecasts, widgets, exports, or third-party services will always be accurate or uninterrupted. Do not rely solely on DayPrice for consequential financial, tax, legal, or investment decisions.
7. 服务变更与终止 / Changes and termination
我们可能为提升可靠性、合规性或产品价值而更新功能。已购买订阅权益按 Apple 的有效交易状态执行。严重违反本条款时，我们可在法律允许范围内限制使用；您也可随时停止使用并取消订阅。
Features may change to improve reliability, compliance, or product value. Subscription access follows the verified Apple transaction state. We may restrict use for material violations where permitted by law; you may stop using DayPrice and cancel the subscription at any time.
8. Apple 与第三方 / Apple and third parties
Apple 不是本条款中 DayPrice 服务的提供者，但 Apple 标准 EULA 规定的权利和义务仍然适用。App Store、StoreKit、Siri 和外部链接可能受 Apple 或相应第三方条款约束。
Apple is not the provider of the DayPrice service under these terms, while rights and obligations in Apple's Standard EULA still apply. App Store, StoreKit, Siri, and external links may be governed by Apple or the relevant third party.
9. 变更与联系 / Changes and contact
