These terms apply to your use of BondKeeper. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If they conflict, Apple's terms control.

1. The service · 服务内容
BondKeeper helps you organize relationship context, interaction history, contact plans, and optional reminders. The free tier supports up to 10 people without reminders. Pro unlocks unlimited people and reminder features while an eligible subscription is active.
BondKeeper 用于整理关系背景、互动记录、联系计划和可选提醒。免费版最多支持 10 位联系人且不含提醒；有效订阅期间，Pro 可解锁无限联系人和提醒功能。
2. Your content and responsibilities · 您的内容与责任
You keep ownership of content you enter. You are responsible for having the right to store it, keeping your device secure, and using reminders appropriately. Do not use BondKeeper for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
您保留所输入内容的所有权，并负责确保有权保存这些内容、妥善保护设备及合理使用提醒。不得将 BondKeeper 用于违法、滥用或有害用途。
3. Auto-renewable subscription · 自动续订订阅
- BondKeeper Pro is offered as a monthly auto-renewable subscription.
- The price shown in the app is the price for your App Store storefront and is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that date.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Deleting BondKeeper does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore Purchases checks the active entitlement associated with your Apple Account.
- BondKeeper Pro 为按月自动续订订阅。
- 应用内显示的价格以您的 App Store 地区为准，确认购买后由 Apple 账户扣款。
- 如未在当前订阅期结束至少 24 小时前取消，订阅将自动续订；Apple 可能在到期前 24 小时内收取续订费用。
- 可在 iOS 设置 > Apple 账户 > 订阅中管理或取消。删除 BondKeeper 不会自动取消订阅。
- “恢复购买”会核对与 Apple 账户关联的有效权益。
4. Local data and backups · 本地数据与备份
BondKeeper stores its workspace locally. You are responsible for exporting a backup before deleting the app, erasing the device, or moving to another device. We cannot recover a workspace that was not backed up.
BondKeeper 在设备本地保存工作区。删除应用、抹掉设备或更换设备前，请自行导出备份；未备份的工作区无法由我们恢复。
5. Availability and changes · 可用性与变更
We work to keep BondKeeper reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change to improve the app, meet platform requirements, or protect users. Material subscription changes will be presented through the App Store or the app as required.
我们会尽力保持 BondKeeper 可靠运行，但不保证服务完全不中断或无错误。为改进产品、满足平台要求或保护用户，功能可能调整；涉及订阅的重要变更将按要求通过 App Store 或应用内说明。
6. No professional advice · 非专业建议
BondKeeper provides organization and reminder tools only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and communications.
BondKeeper 仅提供整理和提醒工具，不构成医疗、法律、财务或其他专业建议。您应对自己的决定和沟通负责。
7. Termination · 终止使用
You may stop using BondKeeper at any time. These terms end when you delete the app, except provisions that by their nature continue to apply. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple.
您可以随时停止使用 BondKeeper。删除应用后本条款终止，但按性质应继续有效的条款除外；订阅需另行通过 Apple 取消。
