Need help with AquaPop, water eject, dust clean, Session Plan, speaker tests, tone generation, decibel meter, or Restore Purchases? Send your device model, iOS version, and the screen where the issue happened.
- Use AquaPop only for light moisture or dust assistance.
- Keep volume at a safe level and do not hold the speaker near your ear during cleaning.
- For severe water exposure, distortion, or silence, stop using the app and seek professional repair.
- Restore Purchases is available from the premium screen.
