These terms apply to PadelScore Club on iPhone and iPad. Inside the app, the short name may appear as PadelScore.
PadelScore Club is provided as a padel doubles scorekeeper for personal club, training, social, and tournament record keeping. Users are responsible for the match information they enter and share.
PadelScore Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's in-app purchase system. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, billing, and refund handling are managed by Apple through the user's Apple ID.
Match history is stored on the device and may sync through the user's private iCloud account on production device builds. The app does not provide a separate server account, shared club account, or real-time multi-user collaboration service.
Live score summaries, completed match summaries, and CSV exports use the iOS share sheet. The user chooses the destination and is responsible for the information shared outside the app.
The app is provided for scorekeeping and personal record keeping. It is not a tournament officiating system, betting product, club-booking product, or emergency service.
